ABOUT ME
During the time that I was working on my first Master’s degree in biological sciences, I became interested in the ways that food choice could affect human health and wellness. I set out to learn as much as I could and quickly discovered nutrition to be a growing field of expertise. I wanted to be right in the middle of the action, so I decided to pursue a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition. Along this journey, I have become absolutely fascinated by the ways in which food can be used therapeutically to prevent, manage, and even reverse systemic illness. I am especially amazed, inspired, and passionate about how we can use food as medicine to affect positive change in chronic inflammatory conditions. As a nutrition coach, it is my number one goal to help people achieve the health and wellness that they deserve.
My mission is to empower individuals to take greater control of their health through informed nutrition and lifestyle choices. I am committed to providing education, resources, and support that enable people to make sustainable changes, fostering a community where wellness is accessible and achievable for everyone. By promoting a holistic approach to health, I strive to inspire positive transformation and habits that can ultimately enhance quality of life and well-being.
